Bridging
Northwest Indiana & Macedonia
The Pilot Program
I'm exploring a partnership model to connect a Northwest Indiana accounting firm with Macedonia's established talent pool—managed by a US citizen, structured with a US contract.
One Accountant Ready
University-educated senior accountant, currently working for an international CPA firm, available for the right pilot partner.
US-Based Security
US Citizen | Crown Point Resident | Indiana Legal Entity
I'm establishing a registered Indiana business. All contracts and operations follow US law, giving you the same legal protections as hiring locally.
I am looking for the right partner, not just a client. I am opening a Pilot Program for a select NWI firm to test this model with a single, dedicated Senior Accountant.
Partnership Model
No long-term contracts. We test this together with one accountant first. If it works, we discuss scaling. If it doesn't, we part ways professionally.
The Opportunity I'm Exploring
I'm a Northwest Indiana resident living in Macedonia, and I've noticed a disconnect: firms back home struggle to find affordable staff ($70,000+ for a senior accountant), while I'm surrounded by qualified accounting professionals working for international firms at a fraction of that cost.
Macedonia has become an outsourcing hub for Australian, European, and UK accounting firms. The talent, infrastructure, and English fluency are proven. But NWI firms don't have access to it.
I'm building a bridge to change that—starting with one pilot partnership to test the model.
Why This Might Work
Two Worlds. One Bridge.
ESAP wasn't built in a boardroom. It started from a realization.
As a dual resident of Crown Point, Indiana, and Skopje, Macedonia, I saw two different worlds with matching needs. In Indiana, my network was struggling to find reliable staff. In Macedonia, I saw talented, English-fluent professionals looking for career growth.
I'm building ESAP to bridge that gap.
This isn't a call center or mass staffing agency. I'm looking for one strategic partner to test this model with—building something together rather than selling a service.
The Talent Exists
Macedonia already serves international accounting firms. The education system, English proficiency, and work ethic are established. I have one qualified accountant ready to start.
The Economics Make Sense
A senior accountant in Indiana: $70,000+
A similarly qualified professional in Macedonia: $25,000-30,000
That's not exploitation—it's market reality and strong local compensation.
The Trust Gap Is Real
Offshore feels risky. That's where I come in. I'm a US citizen with a residence in Crown Point. I can be on-site in Indiana when needed, and I manage operations in Skopje. You get American partnership with Macedonian efficiency.
